the products were fine, but the shipping took longer than I expected, so the whole experience was just okay for me

It did help my skin barrier a bit, but it definitely took a while before I noticed any real difference. I was also kind of annoyed when I reached out with a question and kept getting transferred around instead of just getting a straight answer. The product itself was okay, just not an instant fix.

I was expecting this to be simple and mess-free, but the dropper ended up being really frustrating. The dispenser barely works, and every time I try to use it, it makes more of a mess than it should. Definitely not what I had in mind.

I ordered a couple things from mixsoon.us after seeing the brand mentioned a bunch while I was looking up skincare stuff one night. One of the items just didn’t really work for me, so I ended up returning it. The actual return process was easy enough and not confusing, but the refund took longer than I was expecting. I did have to reach out once to ask what was going on, which was a little annoying, but they eventually refunded me. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest return experience. 3 stars seems about right.

I have been happy with the products overall, but my last order felt a little different texture-wise. It still works fine for me, so it is not a huge issue, but I do wish it stayed more consistent from order to order.

My order did eventually show up, but it arrived later than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, and this is where it got annoying, I had to keep checking over and over just to see if anything had changed. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

I tried it hoping for a big hydration boost, and I mean, my skin did feel a little better. Not amazing or anything, just kind of okay. Maybe I expected more, or maybe my skin was having an off week, but yeah, it helped a bit. I’ll probably keep using it and see.

I thought the discount looked decent at first, but once everything got added up, it barely made a difference. Quickly felt like I’d wasted my time going through checkout. Not something I’d bother with again...

I tried mixsoon because in my head I was like, simple products = probably safer for my skin. Unfortunately, that shortcut did not work out for me. After about a week, I started getting little bumps and a couple of painful pimples, which is usually my skin’s way of saying no. I’m sure it may be great for other people, but for my acne-prone skin, it just wasn’t a good fit.

Overall it just felt disappointing, like I was ticket number 47 in line and my skin didn’t really get any special attention. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

The texture is actually nice, but it does take a while to fully absorb. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed.

I ordered from Mixsoon because my cheeks get red really easily, especially in the morning. After using it for about two weeks, I did feel like the redness calmed down a bit, not dramatically, but enough that I noticed.

It definitely didn’t completely fix it though. Some days my skin still looked about the same, so that part was weird since I couldn’t really tell what made the difference. The product itself felt nice, but it got a little sticky if I used too much.

Shipping was fine, just not super quick. I might buy it again if there’s a sale, but I’m still not totally sure if it’s something I need to keep in my routine.

Just a heads up if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin — this did not work for me. I used it once and by the next day my skin was bumpy and irritated. Definitely not worth it in my experience

I was kind of annoyed after trying this. There were barely any real ingredients in it, and it seriously felt like I paid a premium price for flavored water. I get keeping things simple, but come on, if you're charging that much, at least make it feel like there's something actually in the product.

I ordered from mixsoon.us once, i don’t think I’d buy again. I’m not saying it was awful or anything, so don’t take it that way, but for the price I expected a little more. The product was just okay, and the overall experience didn’t really give me a reason to come back. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it wasn’t really worth repurchasing.

I placed an order after checking out the site for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but it never really felt that legit to me. Some of the info was kind of unclear, and I kept second-guessing whether the products were actually authentic. This didn’t do anything good for my pores. If anything, they looked bigger after I used it, which was super frustrating. I also reached out about it and the email response felt like it was written by a robot, not an actual person trying to help. Overall, disappointing.

I have sensitive skin, so I was happy that this didn’t sting or irritate me. But it was just okay and I didn’t notice anything impressive. Also, there was no follow-up at all, which was a bit disappointing.

I looked back at the receipt and felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The results were just kind of meh, and after getting the email confirmation with the total, I expected a lot more. Not terrible, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
